Eviction Estimate

IMPORTANT: submission of a request for an online estimate does not constitute the creation of an attorney-client relationship. Before undertaking work on your case, you will first be required to sign a written fee agreement with the law office of Joshua W. Westcott P.A.  Further, please be advised that certain legal matters are time sensitive and you may have a limited time in which to respond, or assert legal claims. If you are unsure of the time frames that may affect your case you should consult with an attorney immediately.

Below, you will find a questionnaire for requesting an estimate in an eviction matter. Please complete all of the fields contained in the form below. Upon submission of your form, you will be contacted by the attorney via e-mail with information regarding the retainer which will be required to undertake work in your case, how the case may be billed by the attorney, the potential cost of filing your case, and an estimate of what your case may cost based upon the information provided. Once you have received a response from the attorney, you must schedule an appointment with the attorney to sign the necessary documents, including a written fee agreement, prior to the Law office of Joshua W. Westcott P.A. beginning work on your case. You may schedule an appointment with the attorney by calling 863-660-2223. If you are unable to schedule an in person consultation, you may schedule a telephone consultation and the necessary documents to begin representation may be completed and returned electronically.
